Application Process
How to Apply

Important Information
Applicants must complete the online application form and attach the required documents. A copy of the applicant’s National Identity Card (both sides) must be attached, along with one passport-size photograph and a recent utility bill for address verification. The applicant must also provide references from two existing KCP members, including their names and membership numbers. The KCP office will review the application, verify the documents and references, contact the applicant where required, and process the application for approval. Membership number and portal access will be issued only after verification, payment confirmation, and final approval.

For breeders, kennel owners and serious enthusiasts.

- Register your kennel with KCP.
- Breed and register litters under your recognised kennel name.
- Participate in KCP / FCI recognised conformation and championship shows.
- Access KCP online portal facilities after approval.
Show Fancier
For occasional show participants and dog enthusiasts.

- Participate in KCP championship shows.
- Compete with dogs under KCP rules.
